Job Responsibilities

◆ Perform daily, monthly, and annual inspections and preventive maintenance checks on injection molding workshop equipment.

◆ Diagnose equipment failures, develop and implement repair solutions, and complete maintenance work efficiently. Escalate unresolved or critical issues when necessary and continuously track repair progress and outcomes.

◆ Carry out maintenance and servicing of auxiliary injection molding equipment, including air compressors, mold temperature controllers, cooling towers, air-conditioning systems, and related utilities.

◆ Ensure the implementation and maintenance of 5S standards for equipment and workplace organization.

◆ Develop preventive maintenance schedules and execute equipment maintenance activities according to established plans.

◆ Possess basic knowledge of automation systems and assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production equipment.

◆ Establish and maintain equipment identification labels and status indicators, and be responsible for spare parts inventory management and equipment asset records.

Qualifications

◆ High school diploma or above.

◆ Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of injection molding and automation equipment.

◆ Hands-on experience in automation equipment maintenance, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting and repair procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills are required.

◆ Holder of a valid Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate (or equivalent electrical qualification).

◆ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software applications.

◆ Capable of managing automation equipment, including maintenance planning, asset tracking, and performance monitoring.

◆ Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

Working Schedule

Job Responsibilities

◆ Identify, evaluate, and develop distributors within assigned countries and regions based on the company's sales strategy, establish long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

◆ Proactively develop new overseas distributors and potential OEM/ODM customers according to the company's market positioning and business development objectives, expanding the company's international presence.

◆ Drive sales activities with overseas distributors and customized-product customers, including product presentations, quotation preparation, sample arrangement, order processing, international logistics coordination, payment collection follow-up, and resolution of sales-related issues.

◆ Maintain regular communication with customers and implement innovative and proactive marketing approaches to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.

◆ Manage distributor networks through regular communication and training. Understand distributors' business needs and market conditions while providing guidance and support for product promotion and market development to increase sales performance.

◆ Participate in company training programs and rapidly acquire knowledge of the industry, products, and target markets to accelerate professional development.

◆ Assist with overseas product registration and regulatory documentation where required.

◆ Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service, to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

◆ Age between 25 and 35 years old, Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related disciplines are preferred.

◆ Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry, with proven experience and market resources in the Americas preferred.

◆ Knowledge of laboratory consumables, life science consumables, or medical consumables. Previous international sales experience in laboratory products is highly preferred.

◆ Strong learning ability, resilience under pressure, and a genuine interest in business development and sales. Willingness to travel internationally as required.

◆ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

◆ Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot Japanese injection molding machines, including Sumitomo, FANUC, JSW, NISSEI, and other related models, ensuring stable equipment performance and on-time production completion.

◆ Independently perform injection molding process setup, optimization, and new mold trial runs. Optimize molding parameters for laboratory consumables such as pipette tips, centrifuge tubes, cell culture flasks, plates, and Petri dishes to improve product quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.

◆ Quickly identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues during production. Possess team-leading capabilities and be able to supervise and coordinate shift personnel effectively.

◆ Execute preventive maintenance and routine servicing programs, proactively identify potential equipment failures, and extend machine service life.

◆ Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with quality standards, including dimensional accuracy, material specifications, and performance requirements for life science consumables.

◆ Accurately record process parameters and equipment operating data, and prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and process-related reports.

Qualifications

◆ Age between 25 and 45 years old; technical secondary school diploma or above. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Processing, Injection Molding Technology, or related fields are preferred.

◆ Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the injection molding industry. Previous shift leadership or team management experience is preferred.

◆ Proficient in operating injection molding machines from both domestic and international manufacturers. Strong expertise in process optimization, mold trials, and troubleshooting. Experience in manufacturing biological laboratory consumables is highly preferred.

◆ Solid understanding of injection molds, plastic materials, and molding technologies, with the ability to effectively control product quality.

◆ Responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit. Able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working Schedule

◆ 6 days per week, 11 hours per day

◆ Shift Hours: 08:00–20:00

◆ Rotating day and night shifts every two weeks

◆ Night Shift Allowance: RMB 25 per day
