Job Responsibilities
◆ Identify, evaluate, and develop distributors within assigned countries and regions based on the company's sales strategy, establish long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
◆ Proactively develop new overseas distributors and potential OEM/ODM customers according to the company's market positioning and business development objectives, expanding the company's international presence.
◆ Drive sales activities with overseas distributors and customized-product customers, including product presentations, quotation preparation, sample arrangement, order processing, international logistics coordination, payment collection follow-up, and resolution of sales-related issues.
◆ Maintain regular communication with customers and implement innovative and proactive marketing approaches to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.
◆ Manage distributor networks through regular communication and training. Understand distributors' business needs and market conditions while providing guidance and support for product promotion and market development to increase sales performance.
◆ Participate in company training programs and rapidly acquire knowledge of the industry, products, and target markets to accelerate professional development.
◆ Assist with overseas product registration and regulatory documentation where required.
◆ Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service, to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
◆ Age between 25 and 35 years old, Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related disciplines are preferred.
◆ Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry, with proven experience and market resources in the Americas preferred.
◆ Knowledge of laboratory consumables, life science consumables, or medical consumables. Previous international sales experience in laboratory products is highly preferred.
◆ Strong learning ability, resilience under pressure, and a genuine interest in business development and sales. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
◆ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean will be considered a strong advantage.
◆ Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, diligent, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
